Add golfer adds one golfer at a time. For a team you have two ways to do it.
Who can do this: Admin or Editor.
Way 1: Paste the team (one sign-up, one payment)
Use this when one person paid for the whole team.
- On Golfers, tap Import a list (CSV or Excel).
- In a spreadsheet, make a first row of column names and one row per golfer, all with the same team name. Copy the rows and paste them into Or paste a list (or type them with commas between the columns):
| Name | Team | Payment status | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chris B. | chris@example.com | The Eagles | Paid |
| Dana K. | The Eagles | Paid | |
| Eli S. | The Eagles | Paid | |
| Fran L. | The Eagles | Paid |
- Tap the button under the box, check the preview, and tap Import 4 players.
The team becomes one sign-up with four golfers. Leave out the Payment status column if they haven't paid; then tap Mark paid once for the team when they do. See Import your golfer list from a spreadsheet.
Way 2: Add each golfer with the same team name
- On Golfers, tap Add golfer.
- Type the first golfer's Full name, and the team's name in Team name (optional). Choose Payment and tap Add golfer.
- Repeat for each golfer with exactly the same Team name (optional).
Each golfer is their own sign-up with their own payment at your price per golfer. Their rows say "Same team name as 3 other sign-ups. They are paired together."
Either way
- Max players must have room for every golfer.
- If you already made pairings, put them in a group on Pairings.
- Golfers you add are never signed up for texts. Golfers you add by hand (imported, comped, or paying cash or check) are free. Redswing never sends you a bill. Golfers who pay online by card add a $5 booking fee inside their price (or you can cover it).
