Turn "pay the organizer" on or off

Who can do this: an organization Admin. Others see "Ask an organization admin to change this."

Turn it on

1. Open Get paid.
2. Under Let golfers reserve a spot and pay you directly (cash, check or your own link), tap Turn on.

3. It reads On: golfers can reserve a spot and pay you directly: "Golfers sign up online and the spot is saved. You mark them paid on the Golfers page once you get their cash or check."

Turn it off

1. Tap Turn off.
2. Confirm in the box "Turn off paying you directly?" with Turn off. "Spots already reserved stay on your list."
3. It reads Off: golfers cannot reserve a spot until card payments are on: "Paid events will show 'Registration opening soon' until your Square account is connected."

Things to know

• It covers every event in your organization.
• It only matters while an event can't take cards. Once an event takes cards, online sign-ups pay by card whatever the switch says.
• Free events and golfers you add yourself don't depend on it.
