Payouts is in the main sidebar under Money. Card money is paid to your organization's bank by Square, not by Redswing, so this page points you to your Square account for the details.
Before card payments are on
The page says No card payouts yet: "Your Square account is not connected yet, so there is nothing to pay out. Checks and cash go straight to your organization." Tap Go to Get paid to start.
After card payments are on
The page says Payouts go straight to your bank account: Square pays card payments out to your organization's bank account on its own schedule. Tap Open your payment account to see your balance and payout history in Square.
What you won't find here
- Cash and checks: you deposit those yourself.
- A Redswing balance: Redswing never holds your money.
- Refunds: start them from Get paid → Refund a payment.
