Stop taking sign-ups

There is no single "close" button. Use a close date, or fill the field.

Who can do this: Admin or Editor.

Close at the end of a day

1. Open Event settings. In Event details, pick the Registration closes date. The earliest is today. "Sign-up stays open through the end of this day."
2. Tap Save event details.

After that day, the register page says "Registration for this event is closed."

Stop right now

1. In Event details, set Max players to the number of golfers already signed up (the golfer count on Golfers).
2. Tap Save event details.

The event is now full. If Allow a waitlist when sold out is on, golfers can join the waitlist; turn it off in the Registration card if you don't want that.

You can also ask Ask AI to change the close date or Max players. It shows the change and asks you to confirm.

Open it again

Pick a later date or tap No close date, or raise Max players, and save.

Things to know

• You can still add golfers yourself with Add golfer after sign-ups close (up to Max players).
• The close date can't be after the event date.
